Manfaat Apa Yang Anda Peroleh Setelah selesai mengikuti program ini, peserta diharapkan mampu: • Memahami pendekatan yang komprehensif untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan • Memahami empat tingkatan dalam evaluasi pelatihan • Memahami proses menyusun kriteria pengukuran dan mengembangkan metode dan alat evaluasi Apa Saja Yang Dibahas • Empat tingkat evaluasi (reaksi, pembelajaran, sikap kerja, dan hasil) • Prinsip-prinsip menyusun kuesioner, tes pra– pasca pelatihan, melakukan wawancara • Tindak lanjut pasca pelatihan. Siapa Yang Perlu Ikut • Manajer Pelatihan dan Pengembangan SDM • Instruktur Internal dan Widyaiswara • Para pengambil keputusan dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM Catatan khusus: Pelatihan akan lebih efektif bila peserta pernah mengikuti pelatihan “Merancang Program Pelatihan” dan/atau pernah terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan suatu program pelatihan minimal selama dua tahun, sehingga peserta mampu berkontribusi secara aktif dalam diskusi. Problems To Be Addressed This training discusses efforts to improve training effectively through systematic and detailed training evaluation. Objectives Having attended this program, the participants are expected to be able to: • Understand the comprehensive approach to evaluate the effectiveness of training program • Understand the four levels of evaluating training program • Understand the process of developing measurement criteria, method and evaluation tools Subjects Covered • The four levels of evaluation (reaction, learning, working attitude and result). • Principles on designing the questionnaires, pre- post test and interviewing. • Post training follow-up. Who Should Attend • Training & Development Managers • Internal instructors • Decision makers in training and development of human resource. Note: To be more effective, participants should have attended “Designing Training Program” and / or have at least two years experience in developing training program.
