E IDR 15.000.000 75 NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOP The workshop will be of benefit to all people involved in the pr actice of product development, whether they come from a technical, marketing, design or financial background. Some level of experience will be an advantage but is not absolutely essential. It is important to recognize that if participants a re seeking NPDP certification they must be able to provide evide nce of a required level of qualification and practical experience. Who Should Attend Run over 3 days, the workshop will be a combination of teaching modules, discussion sessions and “mock testing” for the NPDP examination. There will be ample time for exchange of view s with the presenter and fellow participants. NPD is both challenging and complex. The success rate for new p roduct launches is often very low and lots of time and money is spent on products that never make a return on that investmen t. Over the years there has been a great deal of research done on how to improve this success rate. E I GOVERNMENT GOODS/SERVICES PROCUREMENT EXPERT CERTIFICATION 74 E The President of Republic of Indonesia Decree No. 54 Tahun 2010 and its Amendments on Guidelines for Governmen t Goods/Services Procurement Implementation Article 9 sub-article (1) states that users of government goods/services must have government goods/services procurement certificate. According to Article 1 number 15, the term of government goods/services procurement certificate refers to evidence of recognition on professional competencies and abilities in government goods/services procurement. The certificate is required by a professional to be appointed as user of the goods/services or the procurement committee/ officer. We have run the similar program from batch I until XXXVII in PPM Manajemen, all with the excellence graduation result. 9. 73 E I ASSESSMENT CENTER ASSESSOR CERTIFICATION Utilization of Assessment Center method to map employee competency or to select candidates of leaders in an organization is getting widely used. Validity of Assessment Center method is relatively high, however, the expertise of assessors play a greater role in producing validity of the Assessment Center method. This certification program is designed based on principles of assessor training in The Guidelines and Ethical Considerations for Assessment Center Operation. The facilitators of this program hold an international certificate as Assessment Center Assessor Trainers.
